Program-Wide Expectations

In our program, we believe that having shared expectations helps everyone—children, staff, and families—feel supported and connected. These expectations give us common language to talk about how we treat one another and how we work together.

You’ll see our expectations proudly displayed in a colorful mural in the building lobby and in different ways throughout our program. We talk about them often, teach them, and celebrate them as part of building strong, positive relationships.

Our three core expectations are:

• We Are Kind – We treat everyone with respect and compassion.
• We Are Safe – We take care of ourselves and others.
• We Do Our Best – We try hard, keep learning, and help each other.
