Eviction Moratorium through June 30
The statewide eviction moratorium and back rent deadline has been extended through June 30, 2021. However, these protections are not automatic. Tenants owing back rent will need to turn in a signed declaration form to their landlord before the end of March, otherwise back rent will be due on March 31,2021. The declaration form is available online at courts.oregon.gov/forms/Pages/landlord-tenant.aspx
